I received this call several times the last 3 days. Asking me about my bladder sling repair. I tell them I did not have that surgery and asked them who gave them this information. Usually they just hung up, but today he told me it came from the County Medical Registry from my town of Silsbee. We do not even have an office like that. I have received several calls from this number that comes up on caller id as family health c. I answered today the a thick accented man said he wanted to help me get money for my recent surgery. I said how did you know I had surgery. He said county health records! WHAT where is HIPPA? He said you had bladder mesh surgery correct? I told him no and he had no right to my medical records. I told him if he ever called this number again I would report him to the attorney general!
