Who called from 3865180175

I keep getting calls from this number.

I got a call from 386-518-0175. It only rang once and I they hung up. This was a red flag. I called back using a disposible number and was greeted by a recording stating that I had won a cruise. I quickly hung up and blocked the number as I know it's a scam.
