I'm wih you wanting them to go back to their country but you should know that most of those calls originate from another country.
They use a cell phone that gives them the ability to hide or change the number they are calling from.
The best way to stop them from calling is to not answer. When you stop responding they'll call a #that is answered. Good luck.

Scam! Called my home asking for my son. Told me if i didn't get my son to the phone he would be arrested. When he got on the phone the man asked if he wanted a loan! Really?
