Who called from 3865241272

Never answered it as it was out of country number for me.

Just got a call from this number and they left no message

This number called and when I answered it went to a ringing as if I had called them. Even on my log log it showed up as accepted call.

Young man answered with a simple hello I did not reply since I did not make the call.

I received a call and didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. When I called back it said the number had been disconnected. That's weird, cuz I called back like less than ten minutes later. Obviously a scam.

I got the same call and I  block the number
