"Hi I'm Rachel from card services....." They called myself and my 16 yr old on our cell phones (386-566-2466) about lowering our interest rates on our credit card services. We have no credit cards, try to explain they hang up. Can't block because # is not real.
They call me every week from a different number. I report it to the Federal Trade Commison every time. It's a scam telling you they want to speak with you about your credit card. DO NOT PUSH 0 TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST. this adds you to another list.
Foreign speaking individual answered the phone. Became indigent after I told him that I did not appreciate his unsolicited call. He began using profanity almost in a chanting rhythm. I simply left him on speaker as I worked. after 5 minutes I started laughing and told the troll how many more calls could he have made (idiot), but he wanted to chant. He hung up.
