Who called from 3865758385

Called today.  I missed the call. I called back and got "INVALID" number.  Why am I getting so many out of state calls all of a sudden on my cell?  I am on the National Do Not Call List. I am sick of these robot calls.

No there used to be a period of every 3-5 yearS but now is
Supposed to be lifetime. It's useless any way

I am also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I am also getting a lot of out of state calls that do not leave messages. I would like to know what I can do to stop these besides blocking them.

I got the same thing from 386-575-8385. I am on do not call and I am getting other weird calls
