Unknown who this is. What I can definitely say is that this was in regards to some kind of contest I did at the Daytona Beach News Journal Home Show. I used a disposable google voice number in case I won any contests, but not have the calls on my main line.
I'm glad I done so as they will call you at least twice a day. I don't have the google voice connected to any number, so I just get a voicemail about a missed call. If I won a contest, they would leave a message.
I tried calling the number back from one of my spoof lines, but I keep getting a message to wait for a representative. No one ever gets back on.
My guess is that this is a water filter/timeshare business. If they keep calling you and don't leave a message, just block them.

Robo call came in 10:13 am 2/25/16, I could hear the male person on other end of line was laughing talking to his co-workers, finally came on the line and said in very garbled speech while still laughing (had to have him repeat himself) that they were the biggest home improvement company in the SE and wanted to give me a $25 gift card for taking a short survey and quickly asked if I owned my own home. I asked if he knew my name, said yes, Janet, asked where he got my phone number, claimed he got it via a previous survey or contest. I asked if he knew I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST and he immediately hung up!! Not sure if I'd have gotten the company name anyway as these types of callers are usually very sneaky.
