Called me - I told them to take me off their list and the same guy - Eric - called me back 5 more times just to say "f - you." The do not call list is a slap in the face. Another worthless, toothless government fiasco. I'd bet their annual budget is a billion dollars and they have a hundred thousand employees, all of them as feckless as their bureaucracy.
Caller ID said "Out of Area" although this area code is in my area. This is a sure sign of a scammer using a spoofed number. I answered, they did not respond. Most likely this was a robodialed call out of a call center and they had no free operator available to hand the call off to when I answered.
My # is on the Do Not Call list, which means this caller is a scammer.
Received the same call today. And yes it is a spoofed number.. Caller ID showed

Received a call 9-19-15 at 12:57 pm, there was a delay and then the person said Hello and my husbands name and I said no this is Diane and then he hung up on me. WTF?
386-575-9695 on called id. Called 10/9 on my Business Line at 8 pm. When answered they hung up. Another number to add to my wall of shame for numbers not to pick up!
