Who called from 3866233536

Recieved a call from this number and on the same day was billed on AExpress for something I did not order from Florida.

I recv'd a call from this number, no message was left, tried to call the  number back, my phone beeped loudly 3 consecutive times, and "number does not exist" message appeared on my phone. I also recv'd a restricted call less than a minute previous to this bogus # calling me.

It was from Kaiser about information that I might need.

"Sarah" : robocall that seemed to be about health insurance and the Health Insurance Marketplace, but the call is a con. The caller is phishing for personal information. People who work in the Marketplace don’t make cold calls, and they never ask for personal information. If you get a call like this, hang up.
