He calls asking for the owner.  When questioned for more info, he gives his first name only and the company name as "Best 3 Bids".  Says he is only the secretary and his boss wants to talk to my boss.  Can't or won't explain what the call is regarding. but I can imagine that is takes leads, tacks on some money and charges the customer way more than they should be paying for the same job.  I don't understand why the local big box hardware stores ask their customers to go thru their contractors....who are really just any contractor who will work for what they are paying......and the customer will now pay MORE than buying direct.  They are ripping off their own customers!
