called today--no message...called back not a working number!!!

386 666 6663 called both cell phone and home phone simultaneously no answer when picked up...is it being re routed?

Called twice today on my cell phone; once at 4:20pm, once at 7pm! Left no mssg, non-functioning number when called back.
