Who called from 3866774091

Receive call from 386=677-4091, when I answer no one will talk with me.  When I reverse the phone it will ring several times,  no one will answer.

It's the Prison Calling.

They want to let you know your cell is ready

The number called me at 10:45 am. There was no one on the other end. The caller id on my cell send that the call came from florida. I live in Ohio and I don't even know anyone who lives in florida nor have I ever been there. I tried calling the number back and it rang for awhile and then said "messages full". On continued attempts to call back, I received a series of strange beepings. This is the first time it has happened.

It looks like each day goes by it gets worst. Today the 10th of august as of 8:30pm, i have already received 5 calls from this number. Now i remember the number so i just ignore it. When i did answer in the past when i receive the call and said hello, no one would answer and then they would just hang up. Now they call more and more. I called the phone company and they told me were the number is coming and which phone carrier
they are using.

The caller id reads Passport Holiday, & I have received several calls from this number, but there is never anyone of the line.
