Just got 2 that registered that number. It was an LD call from a friend using a calling card that didn't work right (we couldn't hear him and vice versa). He dialed a 3rd time, it registered his number and everything worked.
Repeated calls - sounds as though there is phones ringing (boiler room) - and then someone speaking an oriental language - call comes several times a week and can't not get them to stop.
