Who called from 3866822480

This number continues to call and say nothing and when I return the call the msg says the subscriber is no longer in service. This happens several times a day everyday.

Call back gets, "You have reached a number which is not in service."  That means it's spoofed.  That means SCAM.  Block it and forget about it.

CID says Scottrade.  They want all our banking info to give us a "better rate" on merchant cards.  Uh...NO!  We deal ONLY DIRECTLY with our bank and get a good rate. Plus, if there is a problem, we can go down and talk to them.
