Who called from 3866829982

Someone called from this number asking for me by my first and last name. Said his name was "Billy Bob". When i asked what the call was about he hung up.

I recieved a call from this number, the guy asked for me by my first and last name, when I asked him who he was, he said he was 'Billy Bob', and wanted to know why I was scared to give him my name.  I asked him what he wanted.  He told me not to call him back, when, I again, asked him what he wanted, he hung up.

Saw number on caller id.  No message was left for me.  Name on the caller id was:  Capehart, Angel.

I also received a rude call from 386-682-9982.."Billy"

He called 2 xs in the same night. Call came up Florida with number
