Same number called an hour and a half later. Still no voicemail. Certain wasn't answering scam business loans thanks to all that reported here.

Repeat caller on 11/17. No voicemail. No surprise.

He was not wasting his time  but you did.  He is trying to get info to people that could help getting these calls reduced. What did your message accomplish?
