These people have called me about 20 times today. No lie! No exaggeration! I live in California and have been receiving calls since 6am! The time as if this message is 2:15pm. I will be forwarding this number to my local authorities. Damn [***]!
Call blocker is your best bet. The Indian scammers like to sexually abuse women when they get the chance. There's no way of stopping the calls from being initiated. Never call them back.

This man calls my pregnant daughter offering sex and asking for other people's names he is harassing her and she has had a difficult pregnancy as it is and it just stresses her out even more how can I sue for harassment
You can't . Period. As I pointed out in my previous comments, these people are hard-core Indian scammer/extortionists located in either India or Pakistan and beyond the reach of US law. Call blocker is your best bet and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize. Read the other entries. Indian male callers will often engage in sexually abusive talk when they find the person they are talking to isn't falling for his scam. I've had female Indian or [***] callers do the same to me, but not as often.
