Has called 2 nights in a row - after 8:30pm. Noisy background and no one responds to a hello.

Got a call from this number tonight, my husband answered the phone and the person asked for me.  When husband replied I was busy the person hung up.  Sounded like a nosy party or group in background.  Caller ID came up as LOCAL which is NOT true for Jacksonville.

Calls are coming in at odd hours and no one leaves message. Very frustrating

Called and asked for my husband. I told him he was not here and if I could take a message. He said no, he'd call back and hung up. Wouldn't say who he was or who he was with.

Asked for my brother when told not there they hung up.
