Got a call from this number. Any idea who it could be?

called won't lv msg so blocked and filled w/FCC in case a suit develops

Same. ID 'unavailable'. No message. Called 8:30pm saturday

This number has called me twice.  The area code is out of the Volusia / Deltona area.  Both times I answered the phone and nobody was there?  Am not blocking the call from my phone.

Got call with human on other end.  Would not convey purpose of call.  Hung up.  I tried to call the number back, got a recording saying "That's not a valid extension, please try again."  I blocked this number.
