Who called from 4011110401

I have gotten three calls in the last 12 hours from this number.  I have missed all of them so it registered as a missed alert.

Called cell phone twice within about 1 hour of time.  I did not answer.  ID indicated Rhode Island number.

Received call from this number.Range three times and no answer.

Just received a call.  No message.  What the??

Keep getting 14011110401 calls on my cell.  Probably forwarded from somewhere.  When I answer I get dead air.  Stupid telemarketers actual pay someone for this stuff.
