Who called from 4011234321

No one there when I answered.  Caller ID said only 401-123-4321.  Gotta wonder if the caller ID is fictitious

The caller (female) came on after a long-ish pause (auto-dialing?) then said "Hello, Hello."  Since there was a lot of noise of people talking in the background, I asked "Is this a tele-marketing call?" and she hung up without saying anything further.

I just got a call from 1-401-123-4321. I didn't answer it, but my CI says its coming from Rhode Island.

I just tried calling this number back, only to get a message that the call can't be completed as dialed. Go figure.
