Said "Hello this is Kristy Moore" of course I muted it, so then "hello, are you there?" and hung up in literally 5 seconds.

Called using 401-200-3771, so I blocked. Now there calling using 401-200-3772. Will block again.

401-200-3772 = caller id = Bristol RI = keeps calling, especially at dinner time and never leaves a message; long pause when I answer, which means it is a robo caller for a sweat shop call center and can't switch over fast enough....so I am blocking and so should you....
