Call from Rhode Island to my business cell phone.  Did not leave message.  Looked the number up on other sites and found several complaints for this phone number.  They were all from 4/24/17.  It is a credit card SCAM call apparently saying they are monitoring your credit card and there is a problem with your account.  They offer to lower your rate as well.  The name comes up as Better Merchants.  I have had other calls from "Better Merchants" with a different phone number so probably spoofed number too.  BLOCK THEM!  I never answer if I don't recognize the number and suggest everyone do the same.  If it is important they will leave a message.
