Who called from 4012008029

Called twice, a minute apart.  I didn't answer either time.

Called my cell, got through to a person, asked her if she had a spanish accent, she said yes, told her scammers are usually calling from India, she hung up. Was to lower rates on credit cards.

I did not answer my phone but hit Reject. I don't answer or take calls from unknown numbers. They did not call back or leave a message.

Called at 5:52am, I did not answer, no message left

They keep calling my cell from many different numbers. Same scam. I keep blocking each new number they use, but before long, they call from a different number.

It's a scam, of course. Since they don't know your credit card number, once they can get you to give them all your personal information (which would be necessary to lower your rates), they steal your identity and rob you of everything they can.
