This phone called and left me a recorded voice mail that started in the middle of the message since it was apparently running while the phone was ringing. The only thing I could identify said that it had to do with interest rates. Since I have no outstanding loans of any kind, this is a totally inappropriate call.
Have no idea who this person is. Called 4x within one hour asking who I was. Very strange call and I've not a clue who they were or what it was about but I am not familiar with the number at all & is from Cranston, Pawtucket or Providence Rhode Island. I don't know anyone in Rhode Island. Had a very thick accent but didn't sound Indian and I'm not sure where they are from.
Anybody have a clue please let me know.

Could be IRS scam (got some of those and they had Indian accent).
They called, left no message. Could also be security system scam (getting lot of those lately).
I answered this call and it is a scam. The claim they have an amazing 'reward' yet they were asking for my details. I hung up. If they dont even know my name how can they have a reward for me.
