They have called me 2 times and I don't answer..I call back and get a NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE..They just called back 2 minutes agofrom a 1-202-5
that was it just those numbers..I wonder where we can report this at..
Called once last night. I picked up to a man with a very heavy Indian accent, clearly reading from a script. He told me that they were partnering with the U.S. Government and there were some important notes on my student loans. He wanted me to verify the last few digits of my SSN and then he would put me on with a manager. I kept digging at him asking if he was with the U.S. Government. He said yes at one point, recanted and then read the same lines from the script. I asked him why he had my file since he was not affiliated with my lender and he gave some random answer. I asked him if I could speak to his manager directly and he said yes, after I verify my info. I told him no, and I was not interested in consolidating my loans. He told me this wasn't consolidation...I then said goodnight and hung up.
I called back not 30 seconds later and the number claimed to be out of service. Very slick.
