This is an automated calling scam. No message is left, but when you call back (with caller id blocked), during normal hours a live male answers "hello", and if you call back after hours, you hear a recording that it is "Joel Collins from the American Veterans Support Foundation." Look up Collins, and you will see that he has run afoul of the law repeatedly. Besides this number, this scammer also uses 401-214-0329, 401-214-1509, 401-648-4782, 401-214-1403, 401-214-1404 -- all of them supposedly from "East Providence", Rhode Island. This lowlife bum probably uses other numbers as well. I have blocked him on all of them, and suggest that you do the same.
