This is an automated calling scam. No message is left, but when you call back (with caller id blocked), you hear a recording that it is "Joel Collins from the American Veterans Support Foundation." Look up Collins, and you will see that he has run afoul of the law repeatedly. Besides this number, the scammer also uses 401-214-1509, 401-648-4782, 401-214-1403, 401-214-1404 -- all of them supposedly from East Providence, Rhode Island. This bum probably uses other numbers as well. I have blocked him on all of them, and suggest that you do the same.
