Caller wanted to speak with my husband.  I asked "who's calling please".  This is (I don't remember but some kind of medical) wanting to speak with him about his "pain".  I said "What pain?"  They responded "Are you familiar with Mr. R's pain?"  I started laughing and said "I am his pain".  Told them to call someone else in another country and hung up.
