Calls your phone with a claim number, then when you call them back they tell you that you are being sued. They want your social secuirty number or bank information. Will not give you any info on who they either they will say legal department or pretrial services. They will also call you from a Maylasia number. Such a scam, and don't think you are being sued they just want your information. I notice it is the same lady, an turned around a called me a scammer lol Not a legit company for sure.
Its a scam! They called and asked for personal information, and when they didn't get what they want said they said I would be sued. Good Luck to them lol
