Received call from this number, which was displayed in my caller id as " AFLAC STATE OFF ". After my answering machine picked up, the caller hung up without leaving any message. I called back, with my own caller id hidden, and a male voice simply answered "hello, hello". Don't know what kind of scam this one is, but it's now blocked permanently.
