Who called from 4012233445

CID had this caller as Providence, RI and it's listed as spam on white pages.  We're on the do not call list.

Was left a message on my machine by foreign female voice, "You're gonna die".  Not to be taken lightly in this day & time.  Has been reported to Dept. of Justice.

Same here, called and left no message !

Received phone call with others saying hello on the other end of the line.

Called me twice in 40 minutes yesterday. No voicemail left.
