I didn't recognize the number, so let it go to vm. I checked it later, after another 401-228 call came in (and sent it to vm). There was about 40 seconds of air, but I could hear in the distant background what sounded like a call center. I distinctly heard the word, "medicare".

BTW, it came through my cell phone! How did these people get my cell number???
