Called my number twice - left no message.

Rang twice then hung up.

This is a scam. They call and let it ring once or twice and hopefully hang up before you answer. No toll if you don't answer and they are counting on that. Then because the number shows up on your phone, they are hoping you will call them. That way you pay for the phone call and they try to scam you out of money with some short con. They don't get in trouble because "you called them."
The clowns that try to sell Bing and Google advertising are big on this particular scam. You may as well call your local prison and give a random inmate your credit card info.

Same as the rest one call hang up. Then another one ring and hang up. I would guess they are trying to make it look important. Scum telemarkers.
