Company called said they were filing a legal complaint against a person I do not know; I do collections and no government agency calls someone to tell them a criminal complaint is being filed; They came and get you; SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THEM!!!!Refused to give me their name and address.
Just got a voicemail from "Renee White" saying a criminal complaint has been filed against my name and SSN. Fascinating considering she didn't actually say my name or give any other information!
Rude threats about going to jail for fraud who the hell for a pay day loan ? What. Got 3 more numbers different area codes but same company ..who is renae white?? And who is Peirce and Associates. Called FTC
These are criminals trying to extort money from you by scaring you. No one has gone to jail for debt for several centuries in this country.

OMG I nearly had a heart attack listening to the voicemail they left me saying a criminal summons and complaint against me was faxed to their office! They never mentioned my name and I thought that was strange!
