I received 5 calls from this number in one hours time.  I have telemarketer blocking.

Calls, and when I answer just hangs up.

No response when I answered the Call

I got a call from this number last night, no response when I answered the phone.  I even have telemarketer blocker and they dialed around that, so at first I figured it was someone I knew until I checked the caller ID.  Very irritating, I ran in from the garage to answer.
