This is a number for Citizens Bank / CCO mortgage. I tried contacting them back in December 2008 for information about a mortgage and they only contacted me back in February 2009. They never leave a message and when I called the number back, the voice recording wasn't very specific. I was only able to confirm who they were after picking up the phone.
