The guy said if I don't return the call that I would have to pay the legal consequences.I called the number back no name was giving other than a foreign guy stating that it was the IRS and there is going to be a warrant for my arrest.They knew my name and address. No one can block a call or area code for you. You are the only one who can stop them - Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back.
