Collecting for a Veterans Fund....... sounds kind of funny....
when I first answered it was dead air.....I hung up, then I decided to just dial it back. Young man answers but just says
"hello". I told him you just called my business and when I answered nobody was there.
He says " thanks for calling back Im helping with a fundraiser drive for Local Veterans"
yeh right, and you answer the phone with just "hello" and not with the organization name.
told him no thanks.
This number has been continuously calling our home phone # without leaving a message for the past few weeks. We finally reached our breaking point today when that phone # called our machine 5 times in less than 3 hours! My husband called the # back tonight, and a man answered with a simple, "Hello." My husband told him to stop calling our phone # or we will take further action. The man said that he will take us off his call list. I guess we will just have to wait and see if that happens. Most definitely a telemarketer.
We received the same call mutie times tonight after my husband yelled at him he stilled called back!
When I called a man simply said hello
Someone needs to investigate this
If you try to call w your number blocked it says the number is out of service
