2nd day for this # - smarmy "police Dept" recording

Called and said he was with RI State Police, a solicitor, and was asking me questions and I hung up,

I keep getting these calls, but when I answer them no one says anything...  It comes up on the caller id as RIFOP... What in the world is it.

I believe that is RI Fraternal Order of Police, probably asking for donations
