Gimme me a 'f.r.i.c.k.i.n.-break, this is yet another scam. Don't even bother pressing '9', unless you want to validate that you're for real. And press '1' if you want to speak to a live agent. NOTE they use nefarious means. If you're so proud of your company give us the actual phone number and the real shipper address to your company instead of hiding under numerous different phone numbers. These people are total scum.
