It's a scam.  They have a voicemail that has 2 options, push 1 to be placed on their do not call list and push 2 to talk to a representative. I pushed 2 and the mail box was full. Then it disconnected me.

I received a call from this number; they did not leave a voice mail. Said it was Rhode Island.

Just got a call  - ID Rhode Island. Asked for my husband by name without identifying themselves. When asked, accented man said "Angel"...I think it's more like"angle as in SCAM"
