I believe it's a calling card of some sort because I received a call on my cell phone. I answered it and it was my ex from Mexico CIty and I know he used to buy calling cards to call the United States...
This is the same company which also uses 415-xxx-0073 (don't remember the 1st 3 digits). I got the call today from 401-314-3522 and immediately recoginized the voice. Told him that you used 415 area code number and he said yes. They also use 1-123-456-7890 phone number (I know it is NOT a VALID phone number). It is a BIG SCAM. will take your Social and other personal details and use it. PLEASE BE VERY VERY CAREFUL
