DONT ANSWER!  Could be ISIS or could be another foreign crook trying to steal money for their hidden cause.  They will do anything to get your private information and make your life miserable trying to rob you blind.  If you do happen to answer by mistake, HANG UP, don't say "Yes" or answer any questions.

Annoying! They call claiming you won something. SCAM! HANG UP AND BLOCK CALL!!!

Just got the call for this number. Rings twice then hangs up. Seems from Newport, RI. I blocked it.

Rang a few times and hung up. Not in my contact list. Read previous posts. Thus = BLOCKED
