Caller says rebate rewards for store such as walmart and more.. Then wants you to speak to a customer person

Rang for just a second then hung up

These people keep calling saying that I won government money. Of course they need personal information.

Called my cell phone which is registered in the Do Not Call Registry. Phone rang twice - they hung up before I could answer.
