Called & rang like twice. Didn't leave a vm

Called and left no message

2 rings and stopped.  no message.  I will watch my phone billing over the next month.  I was charged for two calls from Canada like this last year...2 rings, and no message.  I didn't answer.  I was charged $1.24 for each call...I called and the phone company deleted the charges and blocked the number..

I got this same call on my cell. 2 rings and no answer.

Called and did not leave message.
