Calls, hangs up before you can answer, clear callback scam

Called my cell and it only rang twice before they hung up.I don't even know anybody in Rhode Island lol. They are now blocked!

Had a call from the above number, I didn't answer, no message left.  ID said NEWPORT RI.  I blocked it

Called cell. Rang twice. Hung up.  Shows up as Rhode island. I'm blocking the number based on these reports.

This number called me and left no voicemail. Its a number i didnt recognize but I am from the RI state. Looked up the number first before calling back. Glad i did and now its blocked.
