received call at 11:24 AM on Feb 23, 2015. I did not pick-up as I did it recognize the number out of Providence, RI , neither did caller leave a message.

(401) 331-3895 called my cell phone trying to claim they can lower CC interest rates. I asked them which credit card they were talking about. The man rattled off a number of major CC "brands" (while yawning, very professional). I knew then it was a scam. Only your CC agency can lower your interest rate. BEWARE of these people!
