401 340 2612 caller ID says Tripple V

Called back and says unable to complete the call, try again later.
Trump PLEASE bring Edward Snowden back to manage the Do Not Call Program as its not working~!
just had a call from this number of course I didn't answer it and as usual added to the BLOCKED list. Seems I do this every day, I hope there's no limit to the amount of numbers you can add, I'm already at over 60 from this crap.
I didn't get the caller ID info, but others here are indicating Triple V, which has called me before and I've blocked their number each time. I didn't answer this call, and the caller did not leave a message.
Caller ID - Triple V. I assumed it was a scammer/thief & didn't answer. I have a message machine, that picked up - but the caller didn't leave a message. Based on what others here have noted - I blocked the number.
