The FBI can not stop most of these calls. They either don't have the jurisdiction or the man power. Most of the calls come from outside of the U.S. Just because your caller I.D. says it originate in the U.S., doesn't mean anything. Fraud scammers use specialized equipment to put FAKE caller ID's on your screen.
I came to this site first to get information about 401-343-9764. As that didn't happen because everyone seems to have gotten way off subject, I went to a different site for the needed information. According to the other site, this number is a SCAM CALLER offering to lower your credit card debt.

Are you on drugs? First of all, they do not do that. Second of all- pretty sure global warming is more important than your dumb [***] getting phone scammed.
